As one of the most active singers and rappers in the scene, Bombyy has shown a lot of versatility by exploring hip hop, trap, R&B and other sounds across his discography, something he continues to do in his latest three-track EP, DOBLE Y. DOBLE Y starts with “JOCEO”, a blend of melodic trap and lyrical hip hop that finds Bombyy rapping about his focus and continuous grind. Afterwards, “.500” is a trap and drill blend that features a hypnotic sample which allow Bombyy to display his blend of rapping and singing. Finally, “NO ME RONQUEN” is another display of the young musician’s abilities over another entrancing beat by Jace.
In conclusion, Bombyy’s DOBLE Y is a short and to-the-point display of Bombyy’s latest musical exploration as he continues to show off his balance of rapping and singing.
