we fear disappointment & failure so much
we often hold each other back from doing anything. i have been pretty guilty of this my entire life. there’s a reason why i’ve yet to write a novel or tried to work on cinema again or even given music a try. sure, i try to respect the art form, & that maybe serves as another excuse, but at some point i just gotta let go & try my hand if i wanna do everything i set my mind to.
